Breakfast was varied and acceptable.
I faced a problem with the air conditioning. It was locked at a temperature of 20 degrees. This restriction was quite annoying and prevented sleep for two consecutive nights. The buffet proved expensive, yet the food quality did not justify the high price.

the staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. i extended my stay because of the customer care i received, cancelling a reservation elsewhere. i found the smooth, professional service particularly efficient.
the hotel provided me a smoking room even though i did not request it.

the hotel was very tidy i could see continuous cleaning
the whole hotel has a kitchen and a ventilation system that makes noise it was like sleeping on an airplane the back flush of smells from other floors was awful i requested to move but they said it was fully booked
